New Life BBQ

New Life BBQ serves traditional Texas-style barbecue and Tex-Mex in the Inland Empire, with dishes including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sandwiches, tacos, and nachos, along with sides like mac, cornbread, and more. The business operates in Jurupa Valley, California.

Pitmaster Noah Farias runs the business, bringing a family food background that blends Texas and Mexican cuisine to the table. His mother hails from Brownsville, Texas, and his father from Colima, Mexico, influencing the flavors and spices used in their barbecue, including a rub made with garlic, onion, paprika, and chili powder.

Catering is a significant part of the business, with events and festivals across the Inland Empire served, accommodating 40 to 300 guests. A full menu is available for catering, customizable for corporate events, weddings, graduations, and other parties, with quotes provided within 24 hours of receiving the event date and headcount.

A live fire trailer and real wood are used to cook meats, with the daily menu changing based on the smoker's availability. To stay updated on available items and sold-out notices, checking Instagram Stories is recommended, providing a convenient way to plan a visit.
